We ship to the United States only. Lead time is 10–15 business days unless a product page states otherwise.

We want you to carry with confidence. If your ArcheType product isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• Contact [email protected] within 60 days of delivery.
• Obtain return authorization before sending the product back.
• Return the product with all original components and accessories.
• The product may be carefully evaluated and test-fitted, but it must not be modified, damaged, excessively worn, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, altered, or showing wear beyond reasonable evaluation may be denied a refund or assessed a reasonable reduction based on their condition.

Purchases made through an authorized retailer must be returned through that retailer under its applicable return policy.
